Warehouse Associate - Job Description

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping materials. This role ensures inventory accuracy, maintains a clean and safe work environment, and helps keep all warehouse processes running efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately based on work orders or pick lists.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling, wrapping, and staging pallets.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or RF scanners (if certified/required).
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
  • Assist with loading/unloading trucks.
  • Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products to leadership.
  • Support general warehouse tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Prior warehouse or distribution experience a plus but not required.
  • Ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly.
  • Basic computer or scanner proficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
